Dov is an experienced technologist with a keen eye for technical possibilities and challenges. Because of his multiple decades of IT experience, his observations and guidance can ensure that the most effective and cutting edge technical approach is applied.
For Mature IT Organizations
Once a solution has been implemented, and rapid growth happens, IT system challenges often occur that were not anticipated or evident during the earlier phases of start-up and rapid growth. Dov is experienced in putting teams together to perform full-scale evaluations of struggling IT programs. The outcome of these efforts usually is a report with findings and recommendations that can be used by the company’s leadership or Board to adjust course and/or implement changes.
Business Mentorship
When Dov and Elma started, they had to figure out for themselves how to build a strong corporate foundation, and how to grow, and scale, the organization to prevent it from imploding when growth happened while still making sure that it was strong and flexible enough to support the growth. It was a with lot of trial and error, but ultimately it was the strength and resilience of the corporate foundation of the organization that provided the platform to support the strategy to expand from ‘organic growth’ to ‘acquisition growth’.
